The Admitting Office is located on the Ground Floor of the hospital. Upon the patient's arrival, the staff will help him to complete the documents for admission. Should the patient be transferred to one of the floors following treatment in our Emergency Department, a member of our Admitting Office will go to see him in his room. If the admission has been scheduled in advance, the patient will be called to confirm the date and time of admission.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC:
- Medicare card
- St. Mary's hospital card
- Hospitalization insurance documents
NON RESIDENTS:
- Citizenship card, passport or any other document issued by the Department of Immigration.
