Description:
The Ambulatory Care Program includes the Dialysis unit, the Renal Protection Clinic and the out-patient Rehabilitation Services of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Audiology.
Through the application of evidence based practice and clinical practice guidelines, these dedicated professionals strive to provide quality patient care designed to meet the diverse needs of our multicultural patient population.
