The hospital has an ombudsman who can help to resolve the concerns/complaints of patients or their families.
The ombudsman is available from Monday to Friday to receive complaints and answer requests for information.
While in the hospital, patients should discuss their concerns first with their doctor and nurse.
If the issues are not resolved, the ombudsman can then be reached.
