Research on mental health of seniors
St. Mary’s Hospital Center is recognized for the excellence of its clinical services, teaching, and research in geriatric psychiatry. Current and recent research includes studies on the epidemiology, prevention, detection, management, course and outcome of common mental disorders among seniors in different settings (e.g. depression or delirium in hospital, nursing home, primary care and community settings).
