SMHC is proud of its diverse and dedicated workforce

In its brief submitted to the National Assembly's Committee on Institutions about Bill 60, St. Mary’s Hospital Center (SMHC) reaffirms its values of socio-cultural inclusion, cultural competence, and the cultivation and maintenance of a welcoming environment to all physicians, employees, residents, network colleagues, students and volunteers, where they are free to wear religious symbols.

St. Mary’s Hospital Center, well established in understanding the needs of its community members for almost 90 years, achieves patient-centred care by being community-centred and culturally-centred. The hospital is proud to have a diverse and dedicated workforce that is reflective of the community it serves.
